Shri Guruji, Shri Shri Yogananda Saraswathi Swamiji, 38 yar old enlightened spiritual master, has a vision of empowering the youth to more responsible in their approach to life and work. The Ashram is the in midst of society where one gets the opportunity to serve the Guru and the society in equal manner. He teaches “serve the society as you serve Me.” Shri Nithyananda Yogashram is the place where various activities interacts with the basic needs of society and provides social and spiritual well being of the people.

Shri Nithyanda Yogashram is accessible from Kasaragod in Kerala or Mangalore in Karnataka by road or rail. International visitors can reach the nearest airport in Mangalore or Calicut in Kerala. The temperature of the area ranges between 25 to 35 degree Celsius.

The ashram celebrates religious festivals which are observed annually. The main festivals are Bhajana Sapthaha, Gurupoornima, Navarathri festival, etc.

Govu pooja

Govu Pooja was conducted on 14th November 2012 in the ashram Govu shala. Shri Guruji has performed the pooja and devotees have participated in the offering of prasada to all cows.

The Appeal for the Sahasra Chandika Yagam

The Appeal for the Sahasra Chandika Yagam February 2013 was released on a function at Chithakasha Hall at  Shri Nithyananda Yogashrama, Kondevoor, Uppala on Sunday,11th November 2012 by Brahma Shri Vedamoorthi Kamaladevi Prasanna Asranna of Durga Parameshwari Kshethra, Kateel in the gracious presence of Sri Sri Yogananda Saraswathi Swamiji of Shri Nithyananda Yogashrama and other delegates including Brahma Shri Ravish Thanthri Kuntar, Advocate Monappa Bhandari, Gopal Chetiyar, Gopal Bandyod, etc. The Yagam will be conducted between 28th February to 06th March 2013.
